Kaitiaki Support Services was established in response to the Covide 19 outbreak in Aotearoa NZ.

Our the founder identified a lack of culturally responsive services provided to the community. 

Our mission is to provide a support services that encompasses the cultural aspects of ‘Tiaki, Manaaki, Whānau and Aroha’ that can respond when and where they are needed. To build a strong capable business that has the capacity to grow and thrive in an ever-changing world ‘Agile not Fragile’ and to be culturally responsive and ensure that Kawa and Tikanga are at the forefront when applying our services.

We are grounded by our core values of Aroha (Empathy and Compassion). Pono (Honest and Integrity). Tika (Right and Proper). Mana (Authoritative and Valid) and everything we deliver is founded on kaupapa Māori with a core focus on the wellbeing of our whānau.
Kaitiaki Services is an organization that recognises the importance of working with and for our Whanau alongside Iwi, Hapori and Community. policies and procedures for our organisation and enables us to deliver a range of services in the Oranga Tamariki Social Services sector. In addition, we also provide Security at events through crowd control and to keep an event as safe as possible.
